  1. How much does embroidery cost?
    Much less than you think. Pricing depends on the complexity of the design and the quantity of items to be embroidered. We are always happy to give a price quote on the phone.

  2. How long does it take?
    We pride ourselves on fast turn-arounds and on-time service. Typically, an order can be done in 2-5 business days. Of course, large orders (over 100) may take longer.

  3. Is there a minimum order?
    No, we will do just one item.

  4. Do you carry shirts and hats?
    Yes, along with many other items such as blankets, golf towels and bags. You may view our merchandise in our online catalogs. We have samples of most items in our store. We also will be happy to embroider your own items.

  5. What about monograms?
    We are one of the few stores that specialize in monogramming your shirts, towels and pillowcases with either a name or initials. What a wonderful wedding or housewarming gift.

  6. How do I get my company logo on shirts and hats?
    A process called digitizing will format you logo into stitches that will enable our machines to embroider your logo. To start the process, we need a copy of your logo in an electronic file such as a .jpg or a clear printed version.  After the digitizing, you will be provided with a “sew out” of your logo for your approval. Once digitized, we keep your logo on file for future use. There is a one time set up fee for digitizing.

  7. What if I don’t have a logo?
    When you come into the store, we can help you put together a logo. We have over 5,000 designs in stock from which to choose. After you have selected a design, you can add lettering using one of our many fonts. Your new logo can be viewed on our computer screen for your approval.
